• throw

  throws : 예외처리. 발생된 예외를 처리
  throw  : 예외발생. 없는 예외를 발생

예외 처리
  try catch finally : try 블럭에서 예외가 발생되면, catch 구문으로 제어이동.
 
  finally 블럭은 무조건 실행 구문.
    thorws : 호출한 메서드로 예외 전달

예외 발생
   thorw : 예외 강제 발생
